 Our center is centrally located at 3412 West Fullerton Avenue on Chicago's north side. We are thorough equipped and prepared to provide you with pre- and post-surgical care and offer most medical services on-site so that you don't have to travel around for necessary tests and procedures.

Convenience
If you do not have a doctor already in mind, our bilingual (English/Spanish) staff can provide names and information about physicians on our staff. We care about your concerns, and encourage you to become informed about all aspects of your care.
